Ginger Snaps

3/4 c. margarin
3/4 c butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 1/4 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. cloves
1 t. ginger
2 t. baking powder

cream margarin, butter, and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Whisk together flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves. ginger, and baking powder and add to mixture. Roll into balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 min (soft) or 15 min (hard)
