Cheesecake Brownies

Brownie Layer:
1 pkg. Brownie mix
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. crisco oil

Cheesecake Layer:
3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 or 5 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. mini chocolate chips
4 T milk
1 1/2 or 1 3/4 c. flour

Combine brownie ingredients and spread in greased 9x13 pan. Cook at 350 for 10 min. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and butter till light and fluffy. Then add eggs and milk till fluffy. Mix in 1/2 of chocolate chips and put rest on top. Spread on top of Brownie mixture and bake at  350 for 35 minutes.

Maddox pie crust recipe. 2 1/2 c flour 1 c shortening (crisp) 1 t salt 1 whole egg beaten well 1 T vinegar 1/2 c ice cold water!!! Cut shortening into flour and salt until it's almost cornmeal looking. Whip eggs until fluffy. Add eggs to vinegar than add to flour mixture. Last add ice cold water. Dough should be cold before rolling. Roll a chunk slightly larger than a baseball to 1/4 inch. For a fruit filled pie let alone. For a shell filled pie poke holes in bottom and sides with fork. Chicken Waikiki Beach (Pork Chops)

4 chicken breasts or Pork chops 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup salad oil/ shortening 1 t salt 1/4 t pepper Sauce: 1 can sliced pineapple 1 c sugar 2 T cornstarch 3/4 c vinegar 1 T soy sauce 1 T ginger 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 green pepper (optional) Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash meat and coat with flour. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time and brown on all sides. Remove and place in shallow pan (jelly roll pan in foil) skin side up. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Drain pineapple, pouring syrup into measuring cup. Add water to make 1 1/4 cup. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and bouillon cube. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 2 min. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 min. Add pineapple slices and green pepper. Bake another 30 min or until tender. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
