BBQ Hamburgers

These are the best hamburgers in the world.

2-3 lbs hamburger meat
1 egg
1 pkg lipton onion soup miz
1/2 bbq sauce (I eyeball it)

Mix and press into 1/2 inch patties. Grill and serve with favorite hamburger fixings!

4 eggs 1 1/2 c. Flour 1 c. Sugar 1/2 c. Butter 2 T. Corn starch 1/2 t. Vanilla 1/2 t. Cardamom Beat eggs lightly until light yellow. Add sugar. Add cooled melted butter and vanilla. Sift together flour, corn starch, and cardamom. Slowly add dry ingredients to mixture batter will have a dough-like consistency. Use a normal spoon to place a 1 inch in diameter ball onto the krumkake. Cook until golden.

Cheese ball

8 oz cream cheese 1/2 c sour cream 2 c shredded Swiss 2 c shredded cheddar 3 T onion seasoning 3T sweet pickle relish 1 T horseradish (optional) 1/4 t salt 1/4 t lemon pepper 1/8 t garlic powder Bacon bits/ crumbled bacon 1/4 c minced parsley  Pecan optional  Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add cheeses onion, relish, horseradish, and seasonings. Roll into a ball. Cover in bacon and parsley bits and pecans if desired. Optional: split into two balls and freeze one until needed.

Belgian Waffles

4 eggs 1/2 t vanilla 3 T butter 1 c flour 1/2 t salt 1 c milk Separate yolks and whites into two bowels. Beat egg yolks until very light. Add vanilla and butter. Combine flour and salt; add with milk to egg yolk mix. Beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold DO NOT STIR into batter. Batter should not look completely mixed but should have a vomit consistency. Bake in a waffle iron.
